Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Blanched Almond Flour
- 2 Organic large eggs
- 1/2 cup Almond milk (or coconut milk)
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Coconut flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
Drections:
- Put all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine. Add the milk and mix well.
- Add in eggs and beat into the mix well.
- Spray non stick spray on waffle grids and pour into your waffle maker and follow the waffle makers instructions.
- Some butter and a drizzle of honey is my favorite. Add fruit if you like.
Note:
I think Almond milk works best in this recipe. If you don't make your own or can't find one in the stores without gums, I use Almondie. It is an Almond Concentrate that you add water to. It is different from Almond Butter, although it can be used as Almond Butter. It was made from RAW BLANCHED almonds. A lot of Almond butters are made from Almonds with the skin still on. That wouldn't make a milk properly.
